Shoes require extra handling which takes more time and care than typical products, therefore you will be charged $3.00 per unit for all sneakers/shoes.

Price Includes: Receiving, inspection, damage reporting with photos, price sticker removal, UPC covering, FNSKU labels, and rubber band.

Replacement shoe boxes are available upon request $4.50 per box.

Heavy footwear such as boots are subject to small oversize fees

Individual, multi-pack, or bundle items requiring a polybag larger than 11"x14" will incur an oversized polybag fee.

We reuse boxes as often as possible to save you money! If a new box is needed, prices are listed below.

Small Oversize - base unit price plus $2.00 per unit

• This includes any item Amazon classifies as Small Oversize, regardless of weight or dimensions, as well as items weighing over 5 lbs or longer than 12 inches on any one side.
• Items weighing over 10 lbs are subject to an additional $1.50 per unit charge

Item weighs 5.1 lbs or 12.1 inches on one side (Small Oversize category)

• Base Rate: $1.50

Item weighs 10.1 lbs (Small Oversize + additional weight surcharge)

*Occasional low-volume inbound shipments of items over 5 lbs is acceptable (5 units or less) but we do not accept bulk quantities of these items due to handling and storage limitations.

Items meeting the following criteria require prior approval:

• Items weighing 20 pounds or larger than 24 inches on any one side

After 30 days, storage fees are $30.00 per month per pallet

Returns: If you need to return unprepped items from our warehouse, such as items that were delivered damaged, there’s a $0.85 per-unit fee, and you must provide a prepaid shipping label. Returns of items that were prepped are charged your standard prep fee per unit. Minimum fee of $2.50 applies to all returns.

Disposal fees are $0.55 per unit or $2.00 for small oversized items.
